Associate
Linda is an Associate in the Firm. She graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from both the Nigerian Law School and Enugu State University of Science and Technology. She has wide experience in advising clients on legal due diligence and regulatory compliance. She is proficient in corporate/Commercial law, company secretarial services, litigation and Real Estate law. Linda has an excellent drafting skill which she often brings to bear when drawing up or reviewing contracts and agreements for clients.
She is a registered member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Onitsha Branch. Prior to joining Allen and Marylebone, she had garnered considerable professional experience in advising clients on various complex commercial transactions.
