The Anambra State Government recently reviewed the fees for different land transactions and perfections in the state. The new schedule of fees, published by the Anambra State Ministry of Lands was said to take effect from the 1st of April 2025, although it was only released to the public quite recently. We have in this article outlined the fees and made some comments, where necessary.
