On the 17th June, the Corporate Affairs Commission (“CAC”) issued a public notice informing the general public of the review of certain service fees which will take effect from the 1st August, 2025. According to CAC, the reviewwas based on the consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs as well as engagement of critical Stakeholders ahead of implementation. This review specifically affects the cost of incorporation, post-incorporation filings, and related services.
