Ifeanyi is a Founding Partner at the firm and heads the Commercial Law and Real Estate Law Practice Group. He is a Chartered Arbitrator and an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist. He is also an expert in Taxation, Intellectual Property Laws.
Ifeanyi has a proven track record in various financial transactions, including Cross Border Financing and Debt Restructuring. He has actively participated in the structuring of the financing of various Real Estate projects, and has aided various Financial and Investment Institutions in setting up Investment Schemes and Close Ended Funds.
His doggedness and great panache has earned him an upper echelon in representing numerous clients within and outside the country to negotiate, acquire and develop Real Properties. Passionate about Modernism, his redhot approach to property law and practical solutions to problems arising thereof is a natural fit.
